Anti-PYCARD Antibody

This unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the PYCARD protein, which is also known by the synonyms ASC, TMS1, CARD5, hASC, Caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 5, Apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD, PYD and CARD domain-containing protein, and Target of methylation-induced silencing 1. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant human PYCARD protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen; it detects endogenous levels of total PYCARD protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
