Anti-PXN (phospho Y118) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194738)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PXN phosphorylated at tyrosine 118 (Paxillin, phospho Tyr118). It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated, with IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y118 of human Paxillin (NP_001074324.1), with the indicated sequence HVYSF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100.
