Anti-PXMP3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the N-terminal peptide of human PXMP3, this polyclonal reagent is offered by Antibodies.com as a 50 µL aliquot of unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total PXMP3 protein (also known as PEX2, PMP35, peroxisomal membrane protein 3, peroxisome biogenesis factor 2, RNF72, and 35 kDa peroxisomal membrane protein). Vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
