Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets PXMP2 and is validated for Western Blot (WB). Unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, it reacts with Human and Rat samples.
Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human PXMP2, the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PXMP2 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
