Raised in rabbit against PVRL4 (Nectin-4), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human specimens. PVRL4 is a type I transmembrane cell adhesion molecule of the nectin family, and the reagent supports studies of nectin-mediated junction formation, epithelial adhesion, and the growing body of cancer research examining Nectin-4 expression in carcinomas such as breast, lung, ovarian, and urothelial tumors.
