Anti-PVRL3 Antibody

PVRL3, also known as Poliovirus Receptor-Related 3 or Nectin-3, is a calcium-independent immunoglobulin superfamily cell adhesion molecule that participates in adherens junction formation through homophilic and heterophilic interactions with other nectin and nectin-like family members. This unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and recognizes PVRL3 across human and mouse sample types.

The reagent is validated for Western blot analysis of cell and tissue lysates, where it detects the mature membrane glycoprotein form of PVRL3, as well as for immunohistochemistry on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. It is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal sera, intended for dilution into common blocking buffers (BSA or non-fat milk for WB; serum or commercial diluents for IHC).
