Anti-PVRL2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PVRL2, the protein also known as Nectin 2/CD112. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence in human samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 382–479 of human Nectin 2/CD112 (NP_002847.1) and affinity-purified. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the target migrating at a molecular weight of 72 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
