Anti-PVRL2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human PVRL2 cell-surface glycoprotein, also known as Nectin-2 and CD112, this unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl liquid aliquot. PVRL2 is a ligand for the activating receptor DNAM-1 (CD226) and the inhibitory receptor TIGIT on NK cells and T cells, and it also functions as an entry receptor used by certain herpesviruses; accordingly, it is profiled on carcinoma cell lines, primary lymphocytes, and virus-infected cultures in tumor-immunity and virology labs.

The reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human samples, and the polyclonal format provides multi-epitope recognition when screening endogenous or transfected PVRL2 expression.
