Anti-PVRL1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PVRL1, also designated NECTIN1. The reagent is provided as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG, validated for Western blot and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

Immunisation used a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 450-517 of human PVRL1 (NP_002846.3), and the target migrates at approximately 55 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
