Anti-PVR Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal primary antibody, this reagent targets the poliovirus receptor (PVR), the immunoglobulin-like transmembrane protein also known as CD155 and NECL-5 that functions as the cellular entry point for poliovirus and as a ligand for the immune-modulating receptors DNAM-1, TIGIT, and CD96. Supplied as 50 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on both human and mouse samples.
