Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PUMA, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 132-183 of Human PUMA. According to the manufacturer, the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of PUMA protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 20 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
