Anti-PUMA Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PUMA (p53 Up-regulated Modulator of Apoptosis), a BH3-only member of the Bcl-2 protein family that drives the mitochondrial (intrinsic) apoptosis pathway. Also known as BBC3, PUMA is transcriptionally activated by p53 following DNA damage, oxidative stress, and oncogenic signaling, where it neutralizes pro-survival Bcl-2 relatives and promotes Bax/Bak-mediated cytochrome c release from mitochondria.

Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated reagent in a 100 µl vial, this antibody is validated for western blot and ELISA applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
