Anti-PUMA Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent is raised against PUMA (Bcl-2-binding component 3, BBC3), a pro-apoptotic BH3-only member of the BCL-2 family that localizes to mitochondria and mediates p53-dependent and p53-independent apoptosis. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in 1× TBS (pH 7.4) supplemented with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, and is of the IgG isotype. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry (FC), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species apoptosis and oncology research workflows.
