Anti-PUF60 Antibody

PUF60 is an RNA-binding protein that participates in pre-mRNA splicing regulation and 3' end processing of messenger RNAs. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the human PUF60 sequence and detects a band near 60 kDa by western blot in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, ready to dilute directly for western blot, immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed sections, and immunofluorescence on cultured cells. The unconjugated format lets laboratories pair the antibody with their preferred HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary detection reagents.
