Anti-PU.1 (R212) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PU.1 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 180–230 of Human PU.1. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PU.1 protein. The target has a molecular weight of ~42 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
