Anti-PTX3 Antibody

Manufactured by antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets pentraxin 3 (PTX3) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml. Raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human PTX3, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, enabling sensitive detection of endogenous levels of total PTX3 protein in cell lysates and tissue sections. It is provided unconjugated and formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with a recommended storage temperature of −20 °C. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), and the reagent shows confirmed reactivity against human and mouse samples.
