Anti-PTTG1 Antibody

Manufactured and distributed by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal antiserum directed against human PTTG1 (pituitary tumor-transforming gene 1, also known as securin). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of the human PTTG1 protein, and the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total PTTG1. Each vial contains 50 µL of formulation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, prepared as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reactivity has been confirmed in human samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
