Anti-PTTG1/2/3 (L149) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PTTG1 and detects the PTTG1/2/3 isoforms. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with three scientific images provided. It specifically detects endogenous levels of PTTG1/2/3 protein and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 121–170 of human PTTG1. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of approximately 30 kDa.
