Anti-PTS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against recombinant human PTS (6-pyruvoyl tetrahydrobiopterin synthase, also known as PTP synthase or PTPS) and is intended for the detection of endogenous total PTS protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, liquid formulation at approximately 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol; it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
