Description
A Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PTS, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human PTS, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of PTS protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The PTS target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 16 kDa.
