Anti-PTS Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PTS (also referred to as PTS/PTPS). It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent with an IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–145 of human PTS (NP_000308.1); the target has a reported molecular weight of 16 kDa. Concentration is lot specific, and the formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
