Anti-PTRH2 Antibody

Validated by the manufacturer for Western Blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of total PTRH2 protein and is accompanied by published scientific validation images.

The immunogen used was a recombinant protein of human PTRH2. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
