Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets PTRH2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human PTRH2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PTRH2 protein.
The product is supplied unconjugated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen.
