Anti-PTRH2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting PTRH2 (also referred to as BIT1), available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the antibody is unconjugated and validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40–179 of human PTRH2 (accession NP_057161.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent has been purified by affinity methods, with concentration reported as lot-specific. Storage recommendations are shipping at 4°C, aliquoting and storage at –20°C upon arrival, and avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
