A polyclonal IgG preparation raised in rabbits against the human PTPRZ1 receptor-type tyrosine phosphatase, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, freeze-sensitive reagent in a 100 µl vial for Western blot analysis.

PTPRZ1 (also called PTPζ or RPTPβ) is a membrane-spanning phosphatase bearing extracellular carbonic anhydrase and fibronectin type III domains. It is enriched in glial cells of the central nervous system and re-expressed in glioblastoma and several solid tumours, where it modulates Wnt and EGFR signalling, cell adhesion, migration, and the perineuronal microenvironment. Researchers use this reagent to monitor receptor expression, phosphorylation state, and ectodomain shedding in neuronal lysates, glioma cell lines, and stem-cell-derived neural cultures.

Aliquot on arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles and store refrigerated; the IgG subclass profile and absence of a conjugated label leave pairing with secondary HRP or fluorophore reagents fully flexible. The antibody is reactive against human PTPRZ1 and is intended for research use only.
