Anti-PTPRO Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against PTPRO, supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human PTPRO, and the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of PTPRO protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of more than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
