Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PTPRN, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Raised in rabbit, the antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of PTPRN protein. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human PTPRN, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target has a reported molecular weight of ~106 kDa, and antibody purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
