Anti-PTPRE Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PTPRE, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is produced in rabbit and purified by affinity purification, then formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 81 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–200 of human PTPRE (NP_006495.1). Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.
