Anti-PTPRD Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PTPRD from Antibodies.com, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 475–574 of human PTPRD (NP_002830.1). The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide; the listed molecular weight is 252 kDa and the product form is liquid. The concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:100–1:200.

For handling and storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
