Anti-PTPRC Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PTPRC, offered by Antibodies.com for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit against recombinant full length human PTPRC and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of PTPRC protein. Reactivity is reported for human samples.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The associated target protein is described with a molecular weight of approximately 147 kDa.
