Anti-PTPRC Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PTPRC, also referred to as CD45. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26-577 of human CD45 (UniProt P08575), and the target protein runs at 180 - 250 kDa. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
