Anti-PTPRB Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to VE-PTP (also referred to as PTPRB), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1173–1260 of human VE-PTP (immunogen sequence PASVSHLRGSNRNTTDSLWFNWSPASGDFDFYELILYNPNGTKKENWKDKDLTEWRFQGLVPGRKYVLWVVTHSGDLSNKVTAESRTA) and is affinity purified. It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300.

Validated for Western blot and ELISA applications. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 224 kDa. Reactivity with Human samples is reported by the manufacturer; the Antibodies.com product listing additionally lists Mouse reactivity.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
