Anti-PTPRA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PTPRA (also known as PTP alpha), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is of IgG isotype, reacts with Mouse and Rat samples, and is validated for Western Blotting applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 175–295 of human PTPRA (NP_543030.1). The target has a molecular weight of 145 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:1,000–1:5,000, and the antibody is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
