Anti-PTPN23 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against PTPN23, also referred to as HDPTP. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, produced in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The manufacturer's specification additionally lists immunohistochemistry (IHC) use, with reactivity confirmed in mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1230–1450 of human PTPN23 (NP_056281.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 179 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
