Description
This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PTPN22 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against recombinant full length Human PTPN22 and detects endogenous levels of PTPN22 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The product has a molecular weight of approximately 92 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
