Anti-PTPN22 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PTPN22, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–90 of human PTPN22 (NP_036543.4), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 107 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
