Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PTPN21. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of PTPN21 protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human PTPN21. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95 percent as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target PTPN21 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 133 kDa.
