Anti-PTPN2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 2 (PTPN2), also known as PTPT or TC-PTP, and is supplied as an affinity-purified, unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The immunogen is a recombinant human PTPN2 protein, and the antibody specifically recognises the endogenous total PTPN2 protein in samples from human, mouse and rat origin, making it suitable for cross-species studies. Recommended applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with several distributors also citing immunohistochemistry (IHC) for related formats of the same polyclonal reagent.
