Anti-PTPN2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TCPTP, the protein encoded by the PTPN2 gene. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal and has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is KO Validated. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–353 of human PTPN2 (UniProt P17706), and the target protein migrates at approximately 45 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
