Anti-PTPN11 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a fusion protein of human PTPN11 and recognises the endogenous level of total protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 11, also known by the aliases SHP-2, SHPTP2, SH-PTP2, SH-PTP3, PTP-1D, PTP-2C, PTP2C, and protein-tyrosine phosphatase 1D/2C. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is presented unconjugated for direct detection. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with verified reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species signalling and developmental-biology research. The antibody is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
