Anti-PTPN11 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against PTPN11 (also known as SHP2). The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-244 of human SHP2 (NP_001317366.1). The predicted molecular weight of the target is 72 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:1,000-1:5,000, IHC 1:50-1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Five scientific validation images are provided.
