Description
Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against PTPN1. This polyclonal reagent is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human PTPN1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PTPN1 protein. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
