Anti-PTPN1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PTPN1 (the protein also known as PTP1B). The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is listed for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

Manufacturer documentation indicates the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 281–435 of human PTPN1 (NP_002818.1) and has been validated for WB and ICC/IF. The expected molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and was affinity-purified. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
