Anti-PTPMT1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes PTPMT1 (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Mitochondrial 1), a dual-specificity phosphatase anchored to the inner mitochondrial membrane where it directs cardiolipin biosynthesis and governs mitochondrial lipid metabolism. The unconjugated reagent is provided at a 50 µl volume and can be paired with a secondary antibody of choice for customized detection chemistries.

Validated for western blot (WB) on mouse samples, the antibody supports detection of endogenous PTPMT1 in cell and tissue lysates.
