PTP4A3 (also known as PRL-3, phosphatase of regenerating liver-3) is a dual-specificity phosphatase implicated in cancer cell migration, invasion, and metastatic signaling, with elevated expression reported in colorectal, gastric, and breast tumor tissues. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the human PTP4A3 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows across human, mouse, and rat sample types.
Shipped as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent supports detection of endogenous PTP4A3 in cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections. The polyclonal format offers broader epitope coverage than monoclonal alternatives, and the unconjugated presentation allows researchers to pair the antibody with their preferred HRP, biotin, or fluorophore secondary reagent for chromogenic or fluorescence-based readouts. Storage at -20°C in the supplied glycerol buffer preserves activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles when small working aliquots are prepared.
