Anti-PTP4A3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against PTP4A3 (also referenced as PTP4A3/PRL-R). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blotting and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-148 of human PTP4A3 (NP_009010.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 26 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
