Anti-PTP1C Antibody [PTY15]

A mouse monoclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, designated clone PTY15, targets Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1 C (PTP1C). It is provided lyophilised in an unconjugated format with an IgG1 isotype and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications, reacting with human samples.

The reagent was raised against purified recombinant protein corresponding to full-length PTP1-C and recognises a single 67 kDa band of PTP1-C in human cells that express the enzyme and the SH2(C) domain. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated in 0.01 M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, prior to lyophilisation. The concentration is reconstitution-dependent; the product is reconstituted with double-distilled water.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
