Anti-PTP1C Antibody [PTY10] - Identical to Thermo (MA1-21486)

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone PTY10) directed against Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1 C (PTP1C), offered by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and unconjugated, raised in mouse, and reactive with human samples. It is supplied as a lyophilised preparation and has been validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications.

Specificity is directed against a single 67 kDa PTP1-C species in human cells that express the enzyme and the SH2(C) domain. The immunogen used was purified recombinant protein corresponding to full-length PTP1-C, and the epitope is reported as Sp2/0-Ag14. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated as a lyophilised powder from 0.01 M phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.2; reconstitution is performed with double-distilled water, and concentration is reconstitution-dependent.
