Anti-PTMA Antibody [9A10]

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent (clone 9A10) raised against Prothymosin alpha (PTMA). The unconjugated IgG2a antibody is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a short peptide derived from PTMA and conjugated with KLH, and the antibody specifically recognises the PTMA peptide EEAENGRDAPANGAN as well as GST-tagged recombinant PTMA protein.

The reagent is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0 and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
