Anti-PTMA Antibody [4G2]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal [4G2] primary antibody targets Prothymosin alpha (PTMA) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG1 reagent. It is raised against a short PTMA-derived peptide conjugated to KLH and recognises the PTMA peptide sequence EEAENGRDAPANGAN as well as GST-tagged recombinant PTMA protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, the antibody reacts with Human samples. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and presented in lyophilised form, formulated from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0, with concentration being reconstitution dependent.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution should be performed with double distilled water.
